I wanted to take this time to send you a note to express my appreciation to you and your company for the outstanding tile work performed in my home.
As I returned home from work the first day I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect. I was very thankful to see that not only had the tilemen cleaned up & organized their tools and equipment but also the way that they left my home. This was what I came to expect each night upon my arrival home. It gave me the security of trust and confidence in your crew in the care of my home for the duration of the project.
My hopes & expectations for the finished floor where exceeded. I really appreciate the time and effort that you personally showed me in the layout and design of the granite borders, inserts and diagonals, it made such a difference & looks better than I ever expected. The attention to all the details & craftsmanship do not go unnoticed. I’m glad to tell you of the compliments that I receive from everyone that has seen your work!
Thank you also for scheduling and coordinating the other trades working in my home. I came to rely upon you for the smooth flow of progress from start to finish, no way could I have done it myself from work without losing some days.
